The Relaxation Co. is proudly Australian owned and operated, and orders are dispatched from our several sites across New South Wales and Victoria. 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders! This is in addition to the many benefits you receive by using our relaxation products. What a deal!  

How long will until I receive my order?

Processing, handling and shipping of Australian orders is expected to take 5-15 days. In some instances, delivery may take longer than this due to external factors which we cannot control. Should a notable delay occur, we encourage you to Contact Us, so our friendly customer service team can assist you in receiving your order, relaxation and relief.  

Does The Relaxation Co. offer Warranty on products?

The Relaxation Co. offers a 12-month Warranty on products sold which are found to be faulty or damaged, so you can put your mind at ease. Exceptions to the Warranty (and subject to the Australian Consumer Law) are if the fault or damage is due to:

- Normal wear and tear

- Damage arising from improper assembly or modification of the product

- Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse of the product

- Damage, or wear and tear as a result of improper or lack of maintenance and/or care of the product, or

- Damage to external product packaging only.

Does The Relaxation Co. offer change of mind returns?

Due to the personal nature of much of our range, for hygienic reasons, The Relaxation Co. does not accept change of mind returns. 

As an Australian-based business, The Relaxation Co. reserves the right to refuse change of mind returns in line with Australian Consumer Law.
