The Relaxation Co. work with our nominated courier partners to provide the most efficient delivery service.

On average, delivery is 7 days or less but please allow 3-15 days for shipping and handling of orders (depending on delivery location).

In some instances, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors which we cannot control such as peak shopping periods, public holidays, and extreme weather conditions may cause shipping delays. Please contact us if your package is delayed notably beyond the standard shipping times stated above, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Please ensure the full and correct address is entered at the checkout prior to completing your order as customer input errors may result in orders not being delivered to the correct recipient. The Relaxation Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for any order.
